Set-up and clean-up are included with each picnic option. You select your picnic option, tell us when and where your picnic will happen, and we're there! For more information, please complete our booking form below.

We currently offer picnic options for 2-10 people. Each setup includes comfortable seating, floral arrangements, dinnerware, decor, your choice of teepee or umbrella, and any additional customizations. Complimentary ice water is also included with each picnic package. For more details, see our picnic setups below.

For all parks in the Minneapolis and St. Paul park system, you will need a permit. However, we do have a list of local Twin Cities parks in certain counties that do not require a permit. Just ask and we'll share that list with you! It has plenty of beautiful locations with parks near water that we think you'll love. 

Many of our clients host their picnic in a backyard or a local park! If you need help finding a park, let us know! We have a list of approved parks in the area that allow us to set up, and many include a near water option. 

While we offer simple dessert and beverage options, you are welcome to bring your own food. Food is not included in your reservation, but we're happy to work with you to provide customized options to your picnic. Just ask!

Nope! Once we're set up, the picnic is all yours! We will return at the end of your reservation. If you need anything during your picnic experience, you can call or text us with the information provided in your confirmation email. 

If you would like to leave before your reservation has ended, please call or text us to let us know. Additionally, you will be responsible for all rented items until we are able be on site and clean up.

We do not offer refunds, but you are able to reschedule your picnic until 72 hours prior to your reservation. If you need to reschedule within the 72-hour period, a $50 rescheduling fee will be added. 

We all know that Minnesota weather can be unpredictable! If it looks like bad weather may affect your reservation, we will reschedule your picnic free of charge at your request. We are also happy to set up at an alternative indoor location in case of inclement weather.

Because we are a local service, we primarily serve the Twin Cities area. We specifically serve a 15 mile radius of White Bear Lake, MN. However, for a small mileage fee ($3/mile), we will serve locations outside of the Twin Cities. Just ask!
